David Rahman is an author, a speaker, and a mind coach out of Wales, UK. He shares his story feeling inadequate with low self esteem during his teens and twenties. After getting his degree in Biochemistry and Optometry he decided to leave his job as an optometrist to become a life coach. David shares stories of his experiences coaching a wide variety of people over the last 20 years. He explains his methods of coaching, of which he has distilled into his new book “Let it go”. The goal of this book is to give people the tools and strategies to change the way they think. David sent me the first few chapters of the book, and I have to say it really resonated. He emphasizes the importance of understanding the unconscious mind. As well as your “Blueprint”.
