Mawlana Atiq Taiyab completed his hifz at the age of sixteen. He began his studies under Mawlana Aziz Ahmed. Thereafter he studied at DarusSalam for two years. He then went to Darul Uloom Zakariyya in South Africa for one year and Madrasa Ibn Abbas in Karachi for one year. After returning to America, he completed his studies at Darul Qasim.
