His acclaimed 2020 album Trouble (Ropeadope) features Ron Miles, and the single “Bakkam” won an ASCAP Young Jazz Composer Award. Max Bessesen and his group will appear at Dazzle on Wednesday, December 27, for a 7:30 p.m. show. Doors open at 7.
