Adam is Course Director for Sport, Exercise and Health Sciences at Leeds Beckett University. He is also chair of the British Association of Sport and Exercise Science Division of Psychology. Dale is a Senior Lecturer in Sports Injury Management at York St John University, and Head of Science and Medicine at York City Tier 1 Regional Talent Club. Tom (probably known to many as ‘the running physio’) is a physiotherapist with over 15 years of experience who specialises in running injuries. He shares his knowledge with clinicians and runners around the world through his website Running-physio.com and very popular Running Repairs Course.
