Reflecting on his career trajectory, Tom's entrepreneurial spirit was ignited after experiencing a major setback in his twenties. Following the closure of a beloved magazine he worked for, he transitioned into freelancing as a writer and web designer, ultimately evolving into a business owner with a dedicated team.
