Maximum Youth Sentence: Understanding the Ruling in 20-Year-Old Case

Nearly two decades after the death of Misha Pavelick, a judge has handed down a sentence. The offender, who was 17 at the time, was given the maximum youth sentence of seven years for the killing of Misha in 2006.
