Maxwell Williams paralyzed in drive-by shooting explains incident and talks gun violence

Maxwell Williams was shot in the back in an act of random violence while enjoying music at Dick's Den in the Old North on Valentine's Day in 2022. The shooting left him paralyzed from the chest down and the 25-year-old now uses a wheelchair.
