Conversely, luxury homes priced over $1 million also showed strong market activity, with a 39% uptick in new listings and a 30% increase in closed sales, suggesting less sensitivity to interest rate changes among luxury buyers. They also touched on broader market dynamics, such as sellers becoming more flexible in negotiations, possibly influenced by persistently high mortgage rates.
