Denver has decided to switch where it will buy asphalt material for roads, rejecting the local refinery. They call it a moral decision, but it may not be better for the environment. Then, it came as a surprise to people in the popular tourist city of Manitou Springs when they were told they can’t use their water this week. Plus, because of a new state law, you could soon see more Japanese Kei micro trucks on the roads.
