Hello Boys and Girls, I posted the slow down podcast a couple days ago, but this is a three day weekend (for some) and it's not the time for slower bpm music. So......here is my regular podcast that is more upbeat. Yes, it does have alot of retro, including a Lime song in honor of the passing of Denyse LePage (RIP).
