Sunday marks the beginning of Foster Care Awareness among churches across America. As many of you know, Foster Care is the primary local outreach that we devote time, money, energy, and resources to in our community. We launched this initiative in March of 2013, and the response of our people has been astounding. This Sunday, we will take time to focus once again on this primary ministry at Vintage 242 and how God is calling us to make a life altering difference in the lives of at risk children in Paulding and surrounding counties. We are excited to have Crystal Williams share a spoken word with our Vintage community! She'll be speaking from the unique perspective of someone who spent time in foster care herself. The question we will focus on for your life...What lies are you believing that are keeping you from God's mission in your life? We will look at different stories of scripture, highlight lies, and ask God to open our eyes to the truth of who we are in him! Hope to see you Sunday!
