MAY THE "FOURTH" BE WITH YOU!

This Saturday is the fourth of May, aside from being the day before Cinco de Mayo, it’s “Star Wars Day,” as in, “May the Fourth Be with You.” (Yeah, right?) As this winter’s Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker is being advertised as “the last chapter” in the SW Saga, we will be discussing: —the impact of Star Wars on movies, the genre, and us —whether SW is worth the hype, —whether some SW fans take things “too far,” i.e., treating the franchise as something “real” even though it’s fiction, —in the end, what is it about, really —if you had to pick one character as being representative of the saga, who would it be; and —who is the best and the worst character in the saga? We'll also cover whether Lucas’ “tinkering” with the original trilogy was a good thing or a bad thing and —who shot first, Han or Greedo? Join us tonight and May the Fourth be with you!!
