Maybe

This episode is also available as a blog post: https://imnotgoood21blog.wordpress.com/2022/09/18/maybe/ All my life I wanted to fly Soaring with the wind in the sky Looking all around the world below Starting to feel like it’s all my home Sitting on a perch to catch my breath Looking all around this land of death Decay all around that rebirths a life Life continues on whether day or night And maybe tag along on a sailing boat Fishing for a catch and finding hope Drifting to the sea of a thousand dreams And flying well and high beyond the seams Lots to gain from this treasure trove Gold hid within the inner cove And further just beyond a lit up tower The spirit of the world, a golden shower Maybe one day I’ll find a crowd Or maybe I’ll lay upon the clouds Maybe one day I’ll make a wish Or maybe I’ll fight and take the risk All I know is there’s sides to choose Better pick right or I aim to lose I’d rather seek the truth than pretty lies I’d rather feel hope than wonder why All my life I’ve searched for God But I looked outside my worldly bod I never peeked in to ask the truth Yet I see now, the time is due Maybe I’ll fly into the sky Maybe I’ll sit upon my perch Maybe I’ll sail into the sea Maybe I’ll seek the truth, and be Come to the lands of Happiness where my thoughts are full of Bliss Share with the people truth and Love so that our hearts become as One.
