Over my years in the construction industry, I’ve learned that very few contracting firms have marketing departments and even fewer have a strategy with regard to building their brand. I'm hoping I can prove today that it’s important to be thoughtful with your marketing approach specifically in a time period where people are inundated with high volume content. Ask yourself this…Do I have a marketing strategy for my construction firm or association? Do I have the personnel in place to execute it?
