Mayor and Cheyenne resident discuss admin inspection warrants

For the past several weeks, community members have fought against the Cheyenne City Council's administrative inspection warrants ordinance, which allow certain city officials to enter a property for safety or code-enforcement inspections when they are unable to get the property owner's permission.
