MAYOR JERRY DYER: Urges yes vote on both road tax measures - but promises no double tax

In an interview Tuesday with John Broeske and Jeff Aiello, Mayor Dyer suggested voters vote yes on both road tax measures while promising we will not be taxed twice.  Last week Dyer shelved the city's tax proposal after Gov.
