Mayor Sudbury Under Fire for Unprofessional Conduct | Salt Lake City News

An explosive 85-page investigation exposes Mayor Mick Sudbury of Magna as a volatile leader accused of yelling, swearing, and making hateful remarks—including xenophobic and homophobic comments—while allegedly abusing his power. Witnesses describe employees left in tears after confrontations with him, threats to fire whistleblowers, and dangerous show-ups at crime scenes. The report also reveals attempts to pressure law enforcement and intimidate officers. While Sudbury’s attorney says he’s reviewing the findings and will comment later, key allegations have been sent to state authorities for further action.
