Tishaura Jones Mayor of St Louis MO signed BB132 a bill that provides several protections for the cannabis industry. It includes a funding cut for investigations of home cultivation or less then 6 plants. It provides protection to anyone over 21 possessing under 2 ounces of cannabis. It also provides protection to medical patients from negative consequences to a positive UA for cannabis. The measure only affects local policy and does not change Missouri state  laws that continue to criminalize marijuana for non-medical use.
