MBL Minute: Our Greatest Gift And Strong Leadership Personalities   Episode Notes   One of our greatest gifts and powers is the ability to be objective when facing life's many challenges.  This allows us the opportunity to move through our fear rather than being controlled by it on the way to better results.  Emotional intelligence enables us to feel our emotions while at the same time watching them unfold objectively without resistance, judgment or attachment to outcome.  Most of us are unprepared to handle the terrifying emotions that come from moving outside of our comfort zone.
