Constructive is an annual industry-led event that enhances and enables collaboration in the sector where they covered the main topics of 'Empty shelves, labour shortages, and a booming sector'. Ryan asks David about his favourite parts of Constructive, which included the diverse array of speakers they invited, purposely making sure opposing views were represented to make the debates interesting, and how people in the sector are tackling the sustainability issue.
