In this week's Missouri Beef Industry Council report, we hear from Chuck Massengill of California, Missouri who serves producers in the state on the policy side of the beef cattle industry on the national level. He talks about how even though the beef checkoff is separate from member organizations that do policy work on the state and national level and can do no lobbying, both can and do work together on issues important to the industry.
