"Training is like sweeping the floor.  Just because we've done it once, doesn't mean the floor is clean forever.  Every day the dust comes back.  Every day we must sweep."  Ryan Holiday  The same can be said for ego and the walls it creates within us.  Ego, left unchecked can destroy individuals and organizations.  Our ego is both the source of motivation and the barrier to our success.  The ongoing challenge we face is in learning how to succeed despite our ego.
