Several brush fires started popping up Monday afternoon, with the biggest one happening in a remote area in Boulevard. Avocado prices could soon go up after reports of cartel violence in Mexico. The 12-member Olympic Skateboarding Team is heading to France, with 8 San Diegans as part of the team.
