McCauley saw an opportunity to take the reins of one of the oldest distilleries in Memphis and started to making two notable whiskies: Blue Note Juke Joint Straight Bourbon Whiskey and Riverset Rye. Both brands have a combination of expressions that include small batches and single barrels.
