Zelda Freitas is a graduate of the McGill University School of Social Work, with 30 years of experience in the delivery of services to older adults, their caregivers and their families. She is currently the Coordinator of Developing Practices in Support of Caregivers at the Center for Research and Expertise in Social Gerontology of the CIUSSS West-Central Montreal. Ms. Freitas will explain how to access services for seniors and their caregivers within the Quebec health care system, providing answers to many frequently asked questions.
