Jonathan Scott is back on Gibraltar Today after some leave. The Department of the Environment CEO Dr Liesl Mesilio was in the studio, feeling optimistic about the continued works to clean the heavy fuel oil from our coastline. The dog park at the North End of Eastern beach will take priority over previously announced dog parks at Queensway and by the Nuffield Pool. Our reporter Katy Docker has the details.
