This weekend we saw an astonishing number of OTQ performances with most them coming from the McKirdy Micro Marathon. We break down the event after two members of our team attended the race and witnessed the unique experience first hand. We also talk about high mileage weeks, compare those to training done decades ago, and what we can learn from those comparisons. Also, we have an intense back and forth about acceptable cereals.
