TV and Radio personality Meshel Laurie reveals why 2019 has been so hard. After hitting rock bottom the popular presenter has pulled back from her commitments on The Project and her radio gig. She's also turned her back on social media, a platform she was heavily engaged in.This story is beautifully honest as Meshel talks about the bad times, including how she turned to alcohol and contemplated suicide. It's also a story of coming through the other side (which is still a work in progress) and how the kindness of strangers can make all the difference.
