MD EXPO Part 3

First, I am joined by two incredible women who exemplify entrepreneurship in every way.  Andrea Rincones & Gabriela Fajardo speak about their one stop shop medical supplier that is  A&G Biomedical. We discuss different services they offer, and the what the experience of two women jumping into a male dominated realm has been like. Regardless of what hardships they may have faced nothing can stop these two from reaching even greater heights. Keep your eye out for them because I sensed their dedication and passion in what they do.Secondly, I sit down with Mayra Becerra AKA "The Biomed Girl" who is known across the You Tube BMET space. She is a full-time inhouse technician, member of the Florida Biomedical Society, and pursuer of higher education. I had to ask about her experiences as a woman in the HTM field and dive into her views of how vital women entering the field is today. Social Media is critical aspect of reaching the next generation to inspire them to join the fray. If you don't know about her I suggest you keep note cause she will only do greater things going forward.Lastly, I had to cap off this three part series of the MD EXPO with the three people who made these episodes happen. I am joined by  Jayme Lynn McKelvey, John Krieg, and Kristin Leavoy to reflect on what the 20th anniversary of the MD EXPO means. Its such an integral event that elevates the HTM industry, promotes networking, and allows HTM's to share knowledge. This was an amazing event filled with memories I will always cherish.
