MDCP E30 - Farran Mackay - Virtuous Coach Development

This week we are excited to chat to Farran Mackay from Virtuous Coach Development. There are a lot of people who throw the words Coach Development around but very few dig into the behavioural aspects of truly coaching like Farran does. Coaching is more than just cueing the points of performance for a squat, you can learn that anywhere. BUT what you can’t learn from swiping on an app is the true art of understanding humans, and being able to connect with your clients. Affiliate owners often struggle with the issue of how do I get my coaches to care more, and coaches struggle with getting feedback that is more than just a tick and lick evaluation. Enter Virtuous Coach Development, and Farran’s desire to smooth the path for both coaches & affiliate owners through guiding and coaching them on the art of coaching.
