MDEP2: A Compassion Meditation

Join me as we go on a journey to spread compassion to the world and ourselves. Life can be tough as we live in these difficult times and this makes it easy to not give or receive compassion due to this culture of  selfishness out in the world. Lets be intentional and take some time to focus on compassion for ourselves and others. After you complete this meditation please take a little more time to complete the homework.
