Theresa & Sherry are in the middle of their CAMP program and can feel the value of community as the campers keep showing up in their fullest selves, curious and present.
What emerged from the "getting to know you" introduction circle, was a unanimous agreement that choosing "me time" and gathering in-person are essentials to self care and optimal wellness. Of course, this led the Anecdotal Anatomy hosts down a rabbit hole.
