Meadow Linn on Cooking Like a Mystic: Creating a Magical Kitchen

from On Health & Healing with Angela Levesque · host Angela Levesque

While cooking for these retreats during her summer vacations, Meadow saw the powerful connection between not just what we eat, but also how we eat and how we feel. Eating well brings balance and harmony to mind, body, and spirit. Meadow believes good food should be a celebration of life. Having watched countless people transform their lives simply by making mealtimes fun and delicious, Meadow gave up her eight-year career as a French teacher and devoted herself to helping others savor their lives more fully. Meadow writes a blog called, Savor the Day, which is about life, love, and good food. She’s the co-author of Quest: A Guide for Creating Your Own Vision Quest and The Mystic Cookbook: The Secret Alchemy of Food. Her articles appear frequently in The Seattle Chinese Times and she’s a contributing writer to In Spirit magazine. Meadow finds great relaxation and solace behind the lens of her camera. Her photographs have been recognized both at the state and national level. For more information visit www.TheMysticCookbook.com and www.MeadowLinn.com
