What this episode covers
“Let’s have a real conversation about what it means to be human.” Such is the invitation from grief companion Dina Bell-Laroche. As a grief companion, Dina strives to “…reimagine a new relationship with loss” so we can all bear this inevitable wound more effectively, embracing the learning, and growing with the wisdom that comes from loss. Grief is natural; every living thing on our planet experiences loss and grieves in its own way. Grief affects us all differently depending on our life history and individual level of resilience. I found Dina to be a breath of fresh air, and this meander good for my soul. I hope you will too.
