One of the things I love about talking with Melissa is that she IS a podcaster herself. Meandering with her is kind of like playing badminton…she so easily slips into interview mode, batts me the birdie giving me space to wonder about my past as a parent, for example, and then I batt it back to her and she gets to talk about Beyoncé!
