Means to an End

Today I'm joined by Matthew and we're talking about putting frameworks in place to reach your goals.Our ultimate goal as Sunday school leaders is to see kids saved and for them to grow spiritually. Sometimes we can get inspired and want to put a number goal on how many kids will receive the Holy Ghost this year, or how many kids will repent or be baptized. While having these goals is fine and having clear objectives is crucial, an excessive focus on outcomes can sometimes be counterproductive. If we shift our focus to the processes that we can put in place, this will lead to sustainable goal achievement. Some of the things we try to cover:Cultivate Consistency and Continuous ImprovementBuild a Process FrameworkFocus on Biblical Education
