As the main party adventures in Willow, an old friend of the party, Ted Scars, finds himself in the province of Brigantia in a tiny town called, Square Harbor. Meeting by chance with a Minotaur called Baroshka, the pair find themselves facing a sudden deadly threat in the otherwise sleepy fishing port and making friends with a mysterious caped figure.
