After years of producing pop music, Barry began to burnout; he needed a tool to help heal his mental health. His burnout led him to explore the healing powers of music and he re-established his relationship to making music. He was now making transformational music beyond art and entertainment.  He discovered that this intentional, healing music was putting him in a meditative state, lowering his heart rate, positively impacting his brain waves, and shifting his mood.
