from KBUT · host KBUT
Absent from the ordinance are limits on the number of nights a property can be rented per year (in non-unlimited zones) and the number of licenses or properties available for short-term rental in certain zones. Also absent is the fee for the short-term license and the idea that short-term rentals must be the owner's primary residence. Mayor Glenn Michel and Councilor Laura Mitchell recused themselves from the discussion, saying they may be affected by decisions made Monday night.
