Medial Aid Group Doctors Without Border or Medecins Sans Frontieres has announced it is pulling out of the landmark UN World Humanitarian Summit in Istanbul, Turkey later this month. In a statement the group says it no longer has any hope that the Summit will address the weakness in humanitarian action and emergency response, particularly in conflict areas or epidemic situations.
