Our online activities leave behind a digital trail of information that can be easily accessed through search engines like Google. This record of our private lives including media coverage, statements said, or rumours and gossip talked about, which can be unreliable or even completely false, will follow us everywhere and can be viewed by anyone who is interested, including strangers, acquaintances, employers, and even family members.
