Mediating in Translation: Jennifer Safian

My  guest today is family and divorce mediator Jennifer Safian, founder of Safian Mediation. As a child she felt herself adrift between multiple cultures and languages. She didn't quite fit in anywere. Her  multi-lingual, multi-cultural upbringing, originally a source of discomfort, has become a significant strength which she now shares with her clients.
