It's a huge experiment that kicked off four weeks ago, and so far there have been plenty of speed bumps for millions of Americans. Or, use the Medicare Part D interactive web site at www.medicare.gov. The government's new prescription drug plan seems to have generated more questions than answers. Today we will do everything possible to clarify the process. Get tips on how to select a Medicare Part D plan based on your existing set of medications and health conditions.
