Medigap and You (2022)   Medigap is popular, for good reason.  Cost-sharing means that your out-of-pocket costs are limited after you satisfy paying the Part B deductible.  The coverage must stay the same over time, the only party that can cancel is you.  Any healthcare provider that accepts the federal Medicare card will accept your Medigap plan.   Premiums can change, but:  It is very difficult to find the accurate premiums across carriers. People do not understand what drives premiums.
