I'm here to tell you I get it, I'm frickin' tired of this too, and I encourage you to hang in there, that we can do it together. And, to offer this meditation to ease anxiety and worry and invite peace and calm. As an option, I also invite you to use the doTerra Adaptiv essential oil to enhance your meditation.
