It’s the motion of your hand opening that door,  And finally welcoming everything that’s been knocking.  PAUSE… It’s knowing you deserve the ease,  The money, The love, And the millions of other wishes, And giving yourself to permission to have them all.  PAUSE… It’s giving your body, mind and spirit the necessary time to slow down, And rest, Rejuvenate, And sleep, As you release your hold of the day. PAUSE… Allow it in.  Your desires.   The abundance, The rest. PAUSE… As each inhale enters you, Imagine your door opening again and again, Allowing it all in.  With love, With gratitude. PAUSE… Breathing in and allowing, Breathing out and relaxing. Breathin in and receiving, Breathing out and releasing. LONG PAUSE… If thoughts arise, Or stories appear, That want to keep the door shut. That want to tell you that you can’t, Or that it’s not possible, Or that you’re not enough, Just take a deep breath, And allow those thoughts to pass, Allow those stories to dissolve.  And come back inside, Back to the inhales of allowing, Back to the opening doors.  LONG PAUSE… Feel your inhale open your chest, Open your mind, Open your heart. PAUSE… Feel those layers of heaviness peel away as you allow more in, As you allow yourself to receive, As you allow yourself to be. LONG PAUSE...
