Inhale slowly, filling your lungs with soothing air. And as you exhale, release any tension or restlessness, That may be held in your body. PAUSE... Your body craves calm, Your mind craves space, So let yourself go, Into a calming place.  LONG PAUSE… Bring your attention to your toes. Feel the gentle sensations in each toe. Imagine them being enveloped in a soft, warm glow. PAUSE... Let that warmth spread to the soles of your feet, Relaxing every muscle and every bone. Feel your feet sinking deeper into a cloud of comfort. PAUSE... Now, shift your focus to your lower legs. Picture a gentle stream of calmness flowing through them. As it moves up, it eases any tightness or discomfort. PAUSE... Feel that soothing stream of tranquility reaching your knees, Nurturing them and releasing any heaviness. Imagine your knees becoming weightless and calm. PAUSE... Your body craves calm, Your mind craves space, So let yourself go, Into a calming place.  LONG PAUSE… Let your attention move up to your thighs, Allowing the warmth and serenity to seep into every fiber. Feel the muscles in your thighs softening and unwinding. PAUSE... Now, bring your awareness to your hips, Sensing a deep sense of relaxation settling in. Let go of any tension in this area, letting it melt away. LONG PAUSE... Feel your belly rise and fall with each breath. Picture a calm ocean within, gently ebbing and flowing. Sense the peace radiating from your core. PAUSE... Direct your attention to your chest and heart. Imagine a soft, golden light embracing this space. Feel your heart rate slowing and calming down. PAUSE... Now, shift your focus to your arms and hands. Sense the tension dissolving as they become lighter. Imagine your arms floating weightlessly by your sides. PAUSE... Your body craves calm, Your mind craves space, So let yourself go, Into a calming place.  LONG PAUSE… Bring your awareness to your neck and shoulders. Allow any tightness to release and fade away. Feel your neck lengthening and your shoulders relaxing. PAUSE... Focus on your face and head. Picture a cool breeze sweeping away any thoughts or emotions swirling around. Relax your forehead, your cheeks, and your jaw. PAUSE... Imagine your eyes resting in gentle darkness, Absorbing the quietness and finding peace. Sense a wave of calmness washing over your entire face. PAUSE... Now, let your whole body become still and serene. Feel the tranquility flowing through every cell. You are completely at ease, embraced by a deep sense of calm. PAUSE... Let sleep to wash over you, Like a gentle lullaby guiding you to a peaceful slumber. Embrace the serenity within and surrender to deep, restful sleep.
