Meditation: Meeting Your Spirit Guides

Put in some earbuds, find a comfortable position, and settle in for a journey to the meeting place where your guides are waiting for you. Allow it to be what it will be for you, no forcing. Trust what comes up for you. It's okay too, if nothing profound happens the first time you try. Sometimes we need to be more patient with ourselves and let go of any expectation of what things 'should' look like. Do this meditation any time you'd like to sit and meet with your guides.
