Meditation - Mirror Mirror on the Wall

When you look in the mirror who do you see looking back at you? So often when we ask this question (or maybe we are afraid to) we hear our perceived limitations our "failings", our weaknesses and faults. In this meditation we speak about the gentle, calm, still voice, that lay beneath our thoughts that know who we truly are. That is the voice of truth. That is the voice to listen to.
