You can revisit this meditation throughout the week as many times as you like.✦Today's meditation will help you to take inspiration from nature - and just let go. ✦This week we have Halloween, the cross quarter festival that asks you to consciously make the effort to shed and release all that has ended and been completed, allowing it to gently die and fall away, so that you can create space for new opportunities and possibilities when it's time to be reborn.
